Everyone loves to save money and online shopping has made it easier these days. Most stores now have everything you could think of online, and within a few click you can compare prices and find the best deals. No more having to drive store to store.
I buy everything online these days. It just makes everything easier. No more loading all the kids up, driving to the store, and then having to bring them all back. With a few quick clicks, I can have diapers, wipes, or anything else I need delivered to my door.
Plus, if you look closely usually the online prices are lower than the instore prices!
Sign up for Email alerts
If you shop at a store on a regular basis sign up for their newsletter. Usually, they send you a coupon right away, but they also will alert you on their sale. For example, I am signed up for the Crazy 8 email updates and they let me know about their 50-75% off sale plus they sent me an extra 10% code! I was able to buy the kids some clothes at a great price.
Get discount codes
Google the product name with the words “discount code” usually a lot of things pop up. Most time you will find a good online price to add to a coupon code. Combine that with the cash back you get from Ebates.
Subscribe to Amazon Prime
You not only save with their free two-day shipping, but they also have this great subscribe and save program. You set specific products that you sue on a daily basis to ship every so often. You not only don’t have to worry about logging back into rebuy the product, but usually you get a percentage off for having it on subscribing.
Add items to your shopping cart
If you don’t need an item right away add it to your cart. This goes hand in hand with what I said about the newsletter above. When you get the notice of the sale you already have the items in your cart, so you can just check out. Plus, if you add an item to your cart some websites will send you a discount code to encourage you to continue with your order.
This is great a tool because some websites have great prices, but the shipping charges are outrageous. I’ve seen shipping cost 0-200.00$. Free shipping.ore just takes the hassle out of it.
There are so many ways to save money online and a lot of retailers are taking notice. Which is why the deals just seem to be getting better. The best advice I can give is just keep looking. These simple steps can save you hundreds of dollars.
